Prior to open enrollment, all employees are presented with a personalized estimate (based upon demographic data and statistics) that illustrates for them their probable qualifying expenses. The statement also similarly estimates their payroll tax savings achieved by participating. Next, a toll free guidance call with one of our professionals allows them to review and plan for their own circumstances. This allows many to consider enrolling with new confidence and understanding. INNOVA offers this service, without charge, to all PTC Member clients.
INNOVA provides a highly personalized service experience with plan sponsor representatives and your participants. Our staff and call center representatives average more than ten years of experience.
INNOVA offers all contemporary servicing capabilities which include debit cards, on-line enrollment and electronic claims submission. Each client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager. Account information is available on our website or through our Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) 24 hours a day. Call center representatives are available from 8 am to 8 pm EST.
